Around the Corner

The Gibson City United Methodist Church serves God by serving community in the following ways:

Giving Tree 
Every December our congregation comes together and provides gifts for kids and families in need in the GCMS School District. On average we provide gifts for over 100 children.

Nursing Homes 
On the first Tuesday of the month, we provide communion at the two nursing homes in Gibson City. On the last Thursday of the month we serve communion at the Villas of Holly Brook. We also lead the weekly Sunday Worship Service at Heritage Manor four times per year in conjunction with the other Gibson City churches.

Food Pantry at the Hospital
We are signed up two to three times a year to help with Saturday morning distributions at the Food Pantry at the Hospital. Please contact the office (gcumc@sbclgobal.net) if you are interested in volunteering.
